The following guidelines must be met in order for your submissions to be accepted:
All models must be 18 years or older, or what is legal in your state.
We will need 2 photocopies of government issued ID. Primary ID must be a Drivers's License, State ID, or Passport. Secondary ID must be a Social Security card or one of the IDs not used as a Primary ID. All ID's must be clearly readable and the pictures in the picture ID's must clearly resemble the actor/s in the video.
You will download a package including a Models Agreement, Producers Agreement, 2257 Compliance Form, and complete instructions on how to fill out forms, video production tips, and delivery instructions. Valid, legally compliant ID's must be submitted along with these materials or the videos will be returned to you, unwatched.
